Everything starts with understanding - understanding your goals, where you want to live, the type of property you’re looking for, your price range, and your timeline. Working more as your trusted advisor than just your Realtor®, I know the right questions to ask to understand your needs and where you are in the buying process. Based on this initial consultation, I will go over your options and help you locate the right financing.
The Search
I am always learning and implementing new technology into my business to ensure my clients are getting the most seamless experience possible. Through technology, I am able to help my clients find matching homes as soon as they come on the market. Using the same technology, my clients can make notes on each property and request showings. Because timing is so important in real estate, I make it a priority to respond quickly to all client requests. This can vary from showing requests to questions about offer deadlines, and specific properties and neighborhoods.
The offer
I am a creative, out-of -the-box thinker, who knows how to make my offers stand out from the rest and I work hard to ensure I am doing everything possible to win.
When it comes time to make an offer, I will prepare an in-depth Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) showing recent sales of similar homes in the area. Using this CMA and drawing on my deep knowledge of the local market, I will help you prepare a winning offer. As a skilled negotiator, I have had a track record for getting my offers accepted at unbelievable prices.
