Meet Linda
I’m Linda Ngo, a San Francisco Bay Area Realtor with more than a decade of experience helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate one of the most competitive real estate markets in the country. As a Bay Area native, I bring an in-depth understanding of the region’s diverse neighborhoods, property types, and ever-changing market conditions, allowing me to provide strategic guidance tailored to each client’s goals.
My approach combines local market expertise, business strategy, marketing, and strong negotiation. For sellers, I go beyond simply listing a home. I advise on pricing, preparation, and strategic improvements to maximize a property’s value, then create a customized marketing campaign across digital, social media, and print to generate maximum exposure and achieve the strongest possible price and terms.
For buyers and investors, I bring the same strategic approach to evaluating properties, understanding value, structuring competitive offers, and negotiating on their behalf. My experience spans condos, townhomes, single-family homes, and multi-unit investment properties, giving me a broad perspective when helping clients make smart real estate decisions.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Sociology and International Studies with an emphasis in Business and Marketing from UC Irvine. Over the years, I’ve also built a trusted network of contractors, designers, stagers, lenders, inspectors, and other industry professionals, allowing me to provide hands-on support throughout every stage of the buying and selling process.
The majority of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals - a reflection of the trust and long-term relationships I’ve built with my clients over the years. From 2023–2026, I was honored to be recognized by RealTrends among the Top 1.5% of real estate professionals nationwide.
Outside of real estate, I love traveling, discovering new restaurants, hiking, exploring the Bay Area, and spending time with friends and family. I’m also passionate about design, architecture, and real estate investing, interests that naturally influence the way I approach homes and opportunities for my clients.
